Patricia Gallagher is a recognized leader in urban policy, planning and community development, serving government, nonprofit, and institutional clients.

As executive director of the National Capital Planning Commission, the federal government’s central planning agency in Washington, DC, Gallagher directed the preparation of award winning plans, including the National Capital Urban Design and Security Plan and the Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital. This followed a successful career in Chicago as a public and private sector urban planner. There Gallagher directed and authored landmark Chicago plans, including the CitySpace Plan, State Street Development Plan, Chicago Arts District Plan and Chicago River Corridor Development Plan.
