The Loeb Fellowship Alumni Council meets annually to plan activities that extend connections and mutual learning. After the Fellowship year, fellows also become alumni of the Graduate School of Design and are invited to participate in the GSD alumni community and events.
There are other continuing benefits to being a Loeb.
Alumni Council Grants support fellow-to-fellow initiatives that benefit local communities. The deadline for proposals is announced every fall.
Annual Loeb Fall Study Tour
The Annual Loeb Fellowship Fall Study Tour brings fellows together to explore a great community, guided by the local Loebs. The fall 2016 study tour of the San Francisco Bay Area examined a metropolis with both extraordinary resources and challenges of equity, environment, and growth.
Annual Memorial Luncheons
The Annual Memorial Luncheons gather Loebs of a particular city on the first Friday of December. The events commemorate the annual luncheons held by John and Frances Loeb in their home. Organized by groups of Loebs in many cities around the globe, these events are a chance to network, catch up on recent work, and forge new friendships.
