Dr. Wayne Ruga is a change agent, thought leader, activist, author, speaker, teacher, and nonprofit pioneer, transforming health and healthcare with “generative space” design. He is the founder of the annual Symposium on Healthcare Design (HFSE), The Center for Health Design (CHD), and more recently The CARITAS Project (TCP).  Wayne is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and honors, has taught and given presentations at distinguished universities and professional meetings around the globe, and is an internationally recognized healthcare architect with a license in California.
