The LOEB Fellowship

Author, consultant, keynote speaker and lecturer – Carla has a degree in Architecture and Design,
and over 35 years of experience in leading people to create a vision, and to make that vision a reality in design,
property development, concept development, project management and people development. Carla was
awarded the Loeb Fellowship for her work on Canary Wharf, London UK, where she was one of the original eight people who created the concept and one of the Project Executives who implemented 4.5 million sf.
Carla was the Project Director for the iconic Gherkin in London, which received the first planning permission in
over 30 years for a tall building in the City of London and won the 2004 Stirling Prize for architecture. She has
been a Vice President for Citibank – Director of Facilities for Private Banking and Investments; and a strategic
development adviser to the BBC, Member of the BBC Architectural Design and Workplace Advisory Council
(ADWAC) and Workplace Futures Forum (WFF).
Carla consults on architectural projects of all sizes and lectures on design, complex development projects,
leadership, coaching and various other topics, and has presented these topics at a variety of universities:
Harvard, MIT, New York University, University of Massachusetts, University College London, London Business
School, CIMBA and Venice University. She presented at TEDx Padova Salon 2017

real estate and executive groups throughout the United States, United Kingdom and Europe.

In 2005-2006, Carla was the Director of the Leadership Development Program at CIMBA Italy where she
created and implemented a behavioral based Leadership and Coaching program for the International MBA, Executive and Undergraduate Exchange Programs. Carla is the author of The World According to YOU! – How Our Choices Create It All written as an easy guide to
introduce these life and leadership behavioral principles for people of all ages. She is a Certified Professional
CoActive Coach (CPCC) and an early member of the International Coach Federation. She presents transformational seminars and conferences for numerous private organizations; and coaches and mentors organizations and individuals worldwide.
