Jair Lynch is president and CEO of Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners in Washington, DC, which creates mixed use projects for a distinguished list of public, private and nonprofit stakeholders.

During his more than 20 years of experience as an investor and advisor, Lynch has completed projects worth more than $1 billion in Silicon Valley and the Washington, DC, region. These include urban infill residential, commercial, retail, and institutional projects involving new construction, renovation, and historic preservation. He is a driving force for urban regeneration, promoting walkable urban places to empower people, develop place and create prosperity.

Lynch has a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Urban Design from Stanford University. He has served on the boards of the United States Olympic Committee, the Initiative of Competitive Inner Cities, LOCUS, the Federal City Council, the Developer Roundtable, Manna Inc., and the Sidwell Friends School.
