Jerry Pucillo
Mr. Pucillo has over 35 years of real estate development program and project and construction management experience. Throughout his career, he has promoted a sustainability platform across various projects, and works closely with leading practitioners in regenerative engagement and integrative delivery practice.
He has been involved in corporate strategic planning established Boston office headquarters for two national firms, Bovis Construction Company and the RISE Group. These groups took Jerry’s lead on establishing their presence and becoming part of the Boston Real Estate community.
Jerry has also provided strategic consulting for private and institutional clients seeking to maximize their real estate assets. He has consulted with Genzyme Corporation providing leadership to the design and construction team developing their Corporate Headquarters using the USGBC LEED criteria for sustainable design and construction. He has worked with both public and private sector clients providing strategic facilities planning consultation to General Motors, The Edison School Project and the Town of Saugus MA.
He has also acted as the strategic real estate advisor for the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Brighton MA. This assignment included a complete review of all of the assets of the order and several redevelopment scenarios to meet a 30-year transitional window for the Order’s retirement needs. This included everything from independent to nursing home living options.
As Senior Vice President and Project Executive of the New Boston Fund, he promoted a sustainability platform across all departments and projects and facilitated the growth of New Boston’s Urban Strategy America Fund projects by promoting triple bottom line returns to investors. He was responsible for the implementation of several housing and mixed-use community initiatives.
In the construction sector, as a Vice President of the Program Management group for the Bovis Lend Lease Construction Company, he was responsible for opening a regional office and establishing this firm’s presence in the Boston marketplace.
As Director of Housing Development for the Archdiocese of Boston for 15 years, he managed all aspects of the project development process from financing through occupancy. His responsibilities covered multiple projects under various stages of development and construction at any one time. He has particular expertise in the development of mixed income housing as well as expertise in the development of federally funded housing for elderly and handicapped persons.
Pucillo has over 35 years of real estate development and program and project management experience. He has been involved in multiple strategic planning and new business initiatives to which he brings an expertise in sustainable development and the rehabilitation of historic structures.
His client list includes, Genzyme Corporation, General Motors, The Archdiocese of Boston, The City of Boston, Mass Development, The Boston Redevelopment Authority and multiple private development firms as well as not for profit Boards and organizations.
