Luis Felipe Siqueiros
Luis Felipe Siqueiros is presently secretary of urban development and ecology in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. From 2006 to 2018, he worked as a consultant in urban planning and design at ACUR (Taller de Análisis y Consultoría Urbana) in Guadalajara for public and private entities. His Loeb year occurred after he had spent 10 years in community development in the US and Mexico border region of El Paso and Juarez. He was director general of Municipal Institute of Research and Planning in Juarez, Mexico, from its inception in 1995 to 2005. Siqueiros graduated from the School of Architecture in Chihuahua, AC, in 1981. In 1983 he earned his DEA in urban and regional planning in the Institute of Geography of the University of Paris IV-Sorbonne, and in 1993 he earned his doctorate.
