Reese Fayde
As a consultant and founding CEO of Living Cities, Reese Fayde has worked with foundations, lenders, public administrators, residents, and community-based organizations to rebuild, revitalize, and manage affordable housing complexes in urban neighborhoods.
She does project workouts and organizational development and gives coaching support to senior leadership. For more than 40 years, clients of her consulting firm Reese Fayde & Associates have included HUD and local housing authorities, major foundations, investor consortiums, city and state governments, nonprofits, and businesses. Her board of director service has included FHLBNY, Blue Hub Capital, and I’m Still Here.
She has a digital marketing business and is building a virtual resource center for baby boomers who are looking at their options for aging in place and want to do it with a little style. Reese is an active member of the Loeb Alumni Council and looks forward to opportunities to serve on juries for GSD student work.
