Sally Siddiqi’s artwork grew out of her career as a landscape designer and executive for environmental design organizations, both nationally and internationally.

Her work captures the sense of place, from the most representational paintings to the most abstract.  She believes that there are a myriad of unseen forces in the landscape, which she captures through a range of techniques and media. Sally graduated from the University of Washington in landscape architecture. She served as executive director for the US Green Building Council New York Chapter and as executive director of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter and the American Institute of Architects Foundation for Architecture New York Chapter.  She also directed global programs for the United Nations Environment Programme. Sally studied drawing and painting with noted artists Jon DeMartin in New York City and more recently, painting and printmaking at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
