Stephan Fairfield, CEO of Covenant Community Capital, equips aspirational working families to thrive and secure assets for generational resilience by acquiring affordable homes, accessing quality education, managing risk and building savings for life.

He developed 2065 affordable homes for homeless women and children, vulnerable seniors, low-income working families, and youth aging out of foster care; co-founded a call center with 500 living wage jobs; and capitalized trucking and construction firms employing 42 ex-offenders.. He restored post-Harvey habitability for 120 rural homeowners; coached and matched the savings of 1000 families to purchase their first home; and formed Raise Texas to promote asset-based poverty remedies.

Stephan received Houston Jaycee’s Outstanding Young Houstonian, Baylor’s Outstanding Young Alumni and Houston Astros Hometown Hero honors, and was awarded Fannie Mae’s Maxwell Award of Excellence, Houston Business Journal’s Legacy Award and the Appraisal Institute’s Ace Award.
