Cindy Freidmutter is President of CLF Consulting, a boutique firm that works with hospitals, community organizations, foundations  and local governments to strengthen community-based primary and behavioral health care.

A graduate of NYU School of Law who specialized in health care law, Cindy is retired from the Bars of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
