Earl Yancy
Earl Yancy is founder and president of the Yancy Forums, a professional development and personal performance network he started in 2010.
He was educated at HBCU Southern University in Louisiana, Yale University Graduate School and the Staatliche Hochschule fur Bildende Kunste Berlin and served in the US Marine Corps. Earl began his professional career as a faculty member of Yale University. He later went on to found and lead a number of successful companies including the 30+ years “Connecticut Business of the Year” Yancy Minerals, Inc., and later the 10+ years private equity firm, YVC Partners, LLC.
Earl has served on several business and nonprofit boards and has been a long standing member of the Boule Fraternity, as well as a former member of the Young Presidents Organization. He has been devoted to marathoning, landscaping, sculpture, dog training, and martial arts. Earl is married with three children and three grandchildren.
